Raw coconut husks sourced from coconut plantations across Gujarat and Saurashtra region — ensuring fresh, consistent raw material quality throughout the year.
Husks are retted and processed through our defibring machines — separating long coir fibre (used for rope & yarn) from fine coco pith (used for cocopeat & compost).
Extracted coir fibre is cleaned, dried and fed into rope-spinning machines to produce twisted coir rope and yarn in 2-ply, 3-ply and custom constructions.
Coco pith is washed multiple times to reduce EC, then sun-dried on concrete yards to reduce moisture below 15% — ensuring pathogen-free, stable cocopeat.
Selected coco pith is composted with organic matter, Neem Cake and beneficial microbes over several weeks — naturally producing rich Organic Compost (Khatar).
Dried cocopeat is hydraulically compressed into blocks, briquettes and grow bags. Products are packed and dispatched via road and Mundra / Kandla port for exports.
